The living room is elegantly furnished with brand-new furniture, creating a refined and inviting space to unwind in comfort. The kitchen is fully equipped with every modern convenience, including a dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, microwave, Nespresso
machine, large refrigerator, toaster, and more.

The property offers three beautifully appointed bathrooms.The master ensuite bathroom offers a freestanding bathtub, a spacious shower cabin, and a toilet. The second bathroom features a shower cabin and toilet, while the third bathroom includes a shower and vanity. There is also a separate private toilet.

All bedrooms are fitted with two comfortable box spring beds measuring 90 x 190 cm each.

Facilities.

There is unlimited wireless internet available and on the tv you can watch Netflix,  Prime Video, Disney and international tv channels.

The living room and master bedroom have good air conditioning.

There is a free parking space on the complex.
