The kitchen has all the comforts such as, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, microwave, Nespresso machine, large fridge, toaster, etc.

The ensuite bathroom has a freestanding bath, large shower cabin, and toilet, and the other bathroom has a shower cabin, and toilet.

The bedrooms both have 2 comfortable box spring beds (90 x 190).

Facilities.

There is a back-up system available for electricity, which means that you will suffer at least from a power failure (Load Shedding).

There is unlimited wireless internet available and on the tv you can watch Netflix, Prime Video, Disney and international tv channels.

The living room and bedroom have good air conditioning.

There is a free parking space on the complex.
